RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Mini Mee Boutique! We go to extended lengths to make sure each item is of high quality and the best price.  If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help make your return process as simple as possible. RETURN INFORMATION

  • Items are only available for returns within 7 days after you've received the item.
  • Original Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Mini Mee Boutique, at its sole discretion, will charge a restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note of the reason why the merchandise is being returned.
  • Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

    Please email us at minimeeboutique@gmail.com. We are open Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-6:00 pm EST.

    You must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

    LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS

    Mini Mee Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We recommend that you send back items using an insured carrier. You should make sure you are provided with a tracking number/delivery confirmation to keep for your records. 

    ORIGINAL PAYMENT

    Mini Mee Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 3 days of receiving the delivery, and we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, via PayPal or credit card. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

    REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
    • You will be charged a non-deliverable fee of $30.
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the non-deliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 25% restocking fee.

    HOW CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 1-606-280-4465 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-7:00 pm EST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Mini Mee Boutique account.
